| When you call us to book your service, or if you visit, you will be speaking directly to one of our servicing experts. They will be able to answer any query you may have. If, due to an early start, you cannot bring in your vehicle during working hours, we will provide you with a Customer Service Envelope. Write down your requirements on the envelope, pop in your keys and leave the car on the forecourt. Then post the envelope through our letterbox. If your car has an incomplete service history and you’re not sure where to start there’s no need to worry, we will pinpoint the exact requirements to keep down the cost to a minimum. During the service, if we find that further rectification is needed, we will ALWAYS contact you first. We NEVER carry out unnecessary work and we will keep all the old parts for your inspection. We can arrange to collect your vehicle from home or place of work and deliver it back to you on time. Payment can be made over the phone using your Credit or Debit Card. Our modern Computerised records store all your vehicle data and we will send you a reminder when the next service is due. Our parts and labour are usually guaranteed for twelve months, but certain parts such as exhausts, may be guaranteed for longer. We have a friendly reception team who will listen to your concerns and advise you of the best course of action. Methods of Payment
